Orchids Order Information :

Orders are accepted via fax or e-mail. Please inquire for availability of flowers and expected date. We will confirm your final order as soon as possible. All shipments will be shipped by airfreight.

Information needed for order.

• Customer's Name and Address 
• Telephone, Fax number and e-mail address
• Destination Airport.
• Type/Size/Amount of orchids
• Expect arrival date.

Accompanied Document with the shipment (upon requested)

• Invoices
• Packing list
• Airway bill
• CITES (issued by the Thailand Government)
• Phytosanitary Certificate (Issued by the Thailand Government)
• A certificate of Origin (Issued by the Thailand Government)
• Others document.

Standard Term and Condition

• Suggested minimum order is 45 Kg+ (or approximately 800-1000 stems of orchids)
• Price are quoted in US Dollars, F.O.B. Bangkok
• Airfreight fee must pay by collected or prepaid.
• All orders must be prepaid in full amount by Bank Transfer (wire transfer (T/T)) or as agreed.
• We guarantee that the shipment will reach you safely, in case of damage please notify us within 2 days after arrival of shipment.
